Refund policy
Every artwork in this store, whether a print or an original, is made or packed with care, and we want you to be happy with it. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. This applies to all customers worldwide. For consumers in the EU/EEA and the UK, this is your statutory right of withdrawal; the full legal instruction is below.
How to return an order
- Email us at djfettburger@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and tell us you want to return it. You can use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to; a clear email is enough.
- Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us, to: Peter Mitterer, Fett Burger Art Wiener Straße 40 10999 Berlin Germany
- You pay the direct cost of the return shipment. We strongly recommend a tracked and, for originals, insured service: the artwork is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- Once your withdrawal reaches us, we will refund the full purchase price including the original standard shipping cost, using your original payment method, within 14 days. We may hold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of sending them, whichever comes first.
Please pack artworks the way they arrived (tube or flat packaging, protective sleeves). You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the artwork's nature, characteristics and functioning.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, email us at djfettburger@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the item unless we ask, and you never pay shipping for our mistakes. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected in all cases.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest route is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.
Instruction on Withdrawal (for consumers)
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods (or of the last good, where you ordered multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at Peter Mitterer, Fett Burger Art, Wiener Straße 40, 10999 Berlin, Germany, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
